Using Zapier for K-12 and Higher Education classes

Does anyone use Zapier in 6th-12th grade classrooms with students, with fellow educators, or in a higher education environment? If so how have you found it useful? Thank you for any ideas or help.

I’ve had some education clients use it with forms to collect and move data.

Are there specific apps you are using? https://zapier.com/apps

Are there specific manual workflows you’re doing that would be good candidates for automation?

I work in K12. One workflow I’ve found useful is the video in GDrive to Youtube.

 

When making instructional videos I need them to be as accessible as possible, meaning they need to have captions so that students with disabilities and ELL students can benefit from the captions and translated captions features. Youtube has the best auto CC system out there, so I need to send recordings I make in GMeet quickly over to Youtube.
