Question

using Push message to Zap from slack to trello on pop up text input


I'm trying to register a word in Trello using "Push Message to Zapier" by selecting the text data posted to Slack.I want to be able to select the trigger Zap on the selection screen when I press "Push Message to Zapier".On top of that, I want to display a pop-up screen so that I can enter any text.I happened to do it well after trying several times, but it is no longer reproduced.I'm not sure, but I chose this because there is a choice of 1.Text added ... textbox! In the "Name" field of "step details", but I'm not sure if it's correct.Please tell me how to set the action to enter arbitrary text.

Hello @Yoshiaki! Can you tell us a bit more about the steps in the workflow, applications involved, etc? Any screenshots (please do avoid sharing any personal information such as e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, names, etc.) would be super helpful to help us troubleshoot.

Thank you for your feedback. I forgot to attach a screen capture. I took a screen capture of the Zap process and settings. I would be very grateful if you could take a look and give me some advice and tips for solving the problem.

A pop-up that looks like it was saved at the link destination is displayed, and when I enter it, I wanted to register the word in Trello.The feature is that "Message sent We're running your Zap now", which was not displayed before, is now displayed.I don't think I've changed the settings in particular, but can you figure out why these changes happened and why things went well?

Hi @Yoshiaki!

It’s hard to know why your Zap started working without seeing the set up of the Zap and the task history for the Zap. Is the Zap working the way that you want to now? If you’re still having some trouble, could you try resending the screenshots of the Zap? The ones from your earlier message aren’t showing. Thanks!
