Syncing Mailchimp opens and clicks to Salesforce

Hi- does anyone know if I can integration Mailchimp metrics such as opens and clicks back into a Salesforce campaign? This way the sales team can view who opened or clicked a campaign. Not sure if this is possible or if Zapier does this.

Hi @BHI,

Yes, you can feed MailChimp's email opens and link clicks metrics to other platforms.

Left side: Triggers available for Link Click and Email Open

You can create automation like this:

  • Trigger: When a new email is opened in MailChimp
  • Action: Find the person in your Salesforce Campaign Record using the email address from trigger field
  • Action: Update the person in the Campaign Record that they opened the cmapaign email

Same for Link Click.
