Hello,

I’m seeing the attached error when I set up OAuth2 for quickbooks within zapier

I used the same setup as the following user: Setup Quickbooks OAuth2 on Zapier | Zapier Community

Any idea what causes this issue?

Hi @Jon Murphy

Try using a new private browser to authenticate QBO in Zapier: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Just gave that a shot and saw the same error.

Probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi there! I can see you were able to chat with my friend Jeff in support, which is perfect. I wanted to post his response here as well in case it’s helpful to other users who may have stumbled on this. 🙂:

Just a point of clarification here - a Zap will be automatically paused if it encounters and error frequently. In this case after taking a look in our logs I can see the specific error that is being returned reads as the following: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined.

The app integration for Ribometrix is currently private, which means the developers for the new integration may still be making changes, and the app is not available publicly yet. Because of this, we here at Zapier support have extremely limited resources on the app and details of the integration.

To get the best help for your question, I recommend you reach out to the folks who gave you access to the integration and see if they can provide you with the necessary information.
