Processing all rows in a SQL Server Table

Hi!

I have sucessfully connected my SQL Server to zapier.

Using the “New Row (Custom query)” I can select several rows and complete my Zap. However, it only executes when new rows are added.

Is it possible to execute the zap actions for all the current found rows  at the beginning (and for all the news as they are added)?

Thank you.

Hi @b5z

Zaps will only work on new data (rows added after the Zap is turned on), so it wont be able to look back and trigger from existing rows that match the query, sorry about that.

Depending on the type of data it is and what the action of the Zap is, you might be able to do an ‘import’ of sorts by exporting the data into Google Sheets and using that to trigger a Zap. Here’s a guide on how you can do that: Bulk import data into apps
