Post Photo in Facebook Groups from Google Drive Not Posting Photo

Hi,

My zap is posting the description into the Facebook Group but not the photo. 

 

I’ve found previous issue from the community https://community.zapier.com/ask-the-community-3/post-photo-in-facebook-groups-not-posting-photo-696

I tested every single link I have available. 

 

 

when I use owners picture it works:

But when I tested out every single available link for image, any worked for me. This is the whole overview of errors:

I honestly don’t know what other options I have here to make it work, images that I use from Google Drive folder are less than 4 MB and saved as JPG or PNG

 

I would appreciate for your help.

Hi @nomadcruise I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble uploading a photo to your Facebook Group from Google drive. 

 

It sounds like you might need to use a link that looks like this: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id={{FILE_ID}}

Where it says {{FILE_ID}} you need to add the ID of the file, which you should be able to find in the information in the Zap, depending on what steps you have before the Facebook Groups step. Could you give that a go and see if that works for you?
