New Digistore orders not syncing to SegMetrics

Hi all,

I am trying to forward a new order event from Digistore through a ZAP to segmetrics. 

I am getting the following error: 

 

SegMetrics: The app returned "contact with id not found. If the contact doesn't exist yet, use the email address.".

I have no idea what data or id to input there

Hi @WineStreet

Since you’re providing an Contact Email, you can remove this mapped value.

Reference the description underneath the field.
