Need help on "Company validation error" error

I have a problem creating a Quickbooks invoice.

I have completed all the necessary fields, and I get a "Company validation error".

I did not forget to fill in the fields, and I do not understand what I can do to solve the problem.

Do you have an idea 🤔 ?

Hey @Christophe, just stepping in here! This can happen for a few reasons so I want to try and narrow this down further. Does your error message say anything else after "Company Validation Error?

Can you also make sure that the currency in your "Create Customer" step matches whichever you've set as your "home currency" inside of Quickbooks? Sometimes that can throw things off.
