I have a Jotform survey with questions that allow for multiple choices. I created a Zap that goes to a Google Doc template and when I choose multiple options for a question the selections come in with semicolons (;) but I am hoping that they come in with commas instead. Is there a way to do this?

Hi @CijiCGamble, welcome to the community!

Yes, there’s a way to do this :)

You’ll need to add a Formatter step into your Zap. Choose the Formatter app and the option to work with text. For the transform, choose  the Replace option. That will allow you to replace all of the semi-colons with commas.

The last thing to remember is that for the Google Docs step, make sure that you choose the output from the Formatter step, and not the original input from the trigger.

I hope that’s all clear, let me know if you have any questions!
