Is a Facebook Group trigger off keywords possible?

Trying to create a zap from a few different FB groups to my Gmail whenever there are certain words on new posts. 

Not sure really where to start, could anyone please help?

Yes, there is a FB Groups Zap app integration with these available triggers:

 

Make sure to review the available help articles for connecting the FB Groups app to Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-groups/help

 

As Step 2 in your Zap, you’d want to add a Filter to screen for the desired keywords.
