How should I write this Key-value pair for updating the ConvertKit custom field? Is this the correct way:{\"last_name": "xyz"\}I can’t really tell from https://developers.convertkit.com/#update-subscriberI’ve tested the rest of the setting on this webhook with a first_name field, and that works. So I know for sure it’s how I’m writing this custom field that’s causing the error.

How to automate a follow-up list

Hi, I send highly personalized emails to cold prospects. It’s hard for me to capture all the emails, as the personalization already takes a long time. I wanted to know if I could use Zapier to add every new email address I reach out to into a spreadsheet. This would save me a lot of work and time. Thanks all!P.S. If it’s possible to also add the first name and Google doc URL (in the personalized outreach strategy we use, we send a personalized GDoc tp each prospect), that’d be awesome too. But no worries if not; that’s just extra.

Hi Amazing Community, Looking for some answers and help here. My client asked me to “create a Zapier rule or automation to block her Google Calendar after two (2) meetings in a day. With Google Sheets, I want to create multiple columns in an existing worksheet if they do not exist already.For example: I want to create 3 columns - “A”, “B” and “C” if they do not exist. Currently, I am only able to do the creation part by having 3 “Create Spreadsheet Column” steps. How to remove role in Discord when payment is cancelled in ThriveCart?

This post was split from the topic:  @SamB We are having a similiar issue when trying to remove a role from a Discord member. Our Zapier set up looks like this:Step 1: Recurring Payments Cancelled in Thrivecart → (This has a green check)Step 2: Find User in Discord→ based on Thrivecat email address (we think this is the only common thread between the two) (This has a green Check)Step 3: Remove User Role in Discord (this step we can not get to work)Step 4: Assign User Role in DiscordEssentially what we are trying to do is when someone cancels their payments we want them to have their role as an “all access” to a lower role within Discord.I have searched high and low for a tutorial on this and can’t find one anywhere.Any help would be greatly appreciated! hello.Delay after queueingI don't understand the following explanation.In the Queue title field, enter a title for the queue.It will be delayed the specified amount of time after the last delay in the queue. You can enter up to 32 characters. The default is a unique queue for this step.When you say 'Queue title field', do you mean to set 'Loop Iteration'?

HiWe are looking to create a new Zap with the following scenario.Customer talks to Intercom chatbot “I want to raise an issue”, then the conversation would be converted into a new ticket in Zendesk. Customer talks to Intercom chatbot “I want to see my ongoing tickets”, then he can see Zendesk ticket status in the Intercom chatbot Is this something we can do with a Zap? Thanks!

WordPress - missing fields for custom post type

I’ve got a custom post type in WordPress called Coupons. I’m using a “New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” > “Create Post in WordPress” zap to populate new coupons from a spreadsheet onto my site.  I'm trying to populate the title of new coupons from under the “Set up action” portion of the zap, but I don’t see any additional fields that I can populate with data from the spreadsheet:When I switch from my custom post type to a generic post, I see all of these fields:My coupon custom post types all have a title field. Is there anyway to populate the title field of a custom post type here, or do I need to include additional actions in my zap? Thanks!

When will Zapier support posting VIDEOS to an Instagram for Business acount?

I’ve wanted to post VIDEOS to an Instagram for Business account for some time now. I check back periodically, but it looks like Zapier is still limited to Photos.I was reminded of this when I was getting help at Creatomate, because of the well-explained “How to Automatically Create and Post Social Media Videos with Zapier” article.However, if you want your videos to go to Instagram and LinkedIn, use Make (Integromat), as Zapier doesn't support those platforms yet. Check out this tutorial to find out how. Agh! Well of course I’d prefer to use Zapier, and wonder if any timeline can be shared on progress towards this?My use case includes: use Zapier to automate video posting to an Instagram feed, then embed that feed in another website and show them updated in realtime. 😄I wanted to post this here, in case anyone else is interested and wanted to chime in… the more the merrier! How to pull Zoom attendees for meeting summaries?

I’m trying to set up a zapier with my zoom summaries such that: when a meeting ends + a zoom summary is generatedpull down the list of attendees emails from then I can use the emails to look up with another zap in our CRM to attach it as a note, but I can’t seem to find an action for pulling attendees from zoom summaries. it seems as though the zoom API does support this https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/pastMeetingParticipants however Zoom now moved to an oAuth integration as a requirement and it’s much more complex than I would like… I tried the webhook workaround but they’re also now requiring verification and I have to encode my response which requires building a developer app… is there any update as to when the native zoom integration will support pulling attendees?

Convert bump sale in thrivecart to a purchase and notification in acuity

I want to use a bump option in thrivecart for a package that I offer in acuity. The idea is they purchase an online course through thrivecart with a bump for a discounted 3-pack of private coaching with me. They purchase the 3-pack through acuity and then can schedule their 3 sessions on my calendar.  When they purchase the 3-pack, it’ll generate a code for them to use when scheduling so they aren’t charged.  I don’t want my client to have to make two separate purchases.  I want it to be one seamless transaction where they pay for their course on thrivecart and their coaching package on acuity all at once.  This means they need to get the coupon code generated in acuity and then sent to their email so they can schedule sessions with me. Is there a way to set this up?  Thanks!

How do I transfer Moco Time Booking to ClickUp

We are trying to transfer time bookings made in MOCO to specific ClickUp tasks. Everything is working fine so far, but the booking in ClickUp is always assigned to the user who created the ClickUp connection in Zapier (although the user is Workspace Owner).When setting the configuration for transferring the booking to ClickUp, adding an assignee is mandatory - however it appears that the booking is not assigned to this user in ClickUp.Is there a way to correctly assign time bookings in ClickUp via Zapier to a specific user? Any Ideas how to solve this?Thx for your help!

Kajabi and Woocommerce integration

I’m setting and online store for a customer who wants to have a shop cart. They use Kajabi as their email marketing platform. So I was wondering if I can set a Zap that sends and specific email if a specific product is purchase? Could it also be grant specific offer when purchasing specific product? Since I don’t want to connect any kajabi or wocommerce account yet, I’d like to make sure this can be done with Zapier first.

I’m trying to figure out how to add an image to a Webflow CMS item from my Google Sheet. The other item fields are coming from the Google Sheet, so ideally the image can as well. My idea was to put the image in a Google Drive folder then link the image in the row of the corresponding item.
