Hello all! My company’s got a Landingi web page and they want to sell online courses on it. The problem is that these courses are held on a third-party website and the only thing we can sell to a customer is login and password to that course website. So, what we want to do is to create a fully automatic system that will send an email to customer after transaction is paid. The email shall contain those login data which it’ll get from local database (don’t know what this database will be yet, though I suppose Ms Excel file or any kind of database program file). Each user will have different login and password, so each email will have to get data from different cells. An email prepared like this shall be sent to customer right after they pay for the order. So to sum up, customer pays for item and right after that an email containing custom data gotten from local file is sent to them. I have set up a Zap where Google Forms should be sending any new entires over to my Podio contact list. The test Zap is working fine and the Zap is enabled but nothing is getting sent to Podio when a new entry actually comes into Google Forms. When I manually run the Zap, it cannot find any new items even if there are new entries in the Google Form. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a Zap from Clickfunnels to SalesForce and I need it to do a query before creating a new contact. How do I set this up? For instance, I can push contact through to Salesforce just fine - but, if I already have that contact in Salesforce it doesn’t update that contact but rather creates a new contact which dupliactes the existing contact. Is there a way around this?
HelloI am a volunteer for a food relief nonprofit and want to keep track of the donation we recieve.I can easily create a line for donors and their donations. But I want to avoid duplicting the same donor each time that person do a new donation.Is their a way to find a person in google sheet and if the person existe create a new column in order to add the new donation on that person’s line?We aso use Hubspot so maybe their is something to do there?Thanks for your helpStan

Hi, I’m new to this, im sorry about stupid question. I’m trying to catch data from leadform: Email and dropdown where they can select building size (house cleaning) The data needs to be sent to my launch27 bookingform. I thought webhooks would work and autofill the dropdown data from leadform to bookingform, but it does not work. launch27 is trigger only, is there a way to make these two forms connected?
So I have a software called convertsnap which is a conversion notification and lead generation tool for site pop ups and forms. I have get response as my autoresponder. I am told that in order to drop the lead into my autoresponder account I have to use webhook url. Beyond this i have no understanding on what to do Please help
I have a tank table and a tank ticket table. The ticket table has a relationship setup that way users can pick which tank a ticket belongs to. When the ticket record is created I would like to set a flag on the tank table to show a ticket has been opened. Every time I do this the zap will work in testing but only for the row that I do it for. The zap will also work for other new records when I manually process it. It seems as if the trigger only works on manual processing or trigger testing. I have tried two types of zaps (1) new record > (2) search for existing record from step one’s tank key > (3) update tank key ticket flag to 1 I also tried new record triggers update (skipping the search)
Hi everyone, I am planning to zap Google Calendar and Adafruit Feeds together so I can receive data on my ESP8266 from Adafruit. Following some guides online, they instructed me to choose “Custom Options” from the dropdown in the Feed Key field, but there is no option there :0 So I’m stuck here between a rock and a hard place not being able to progress This is my first time using Zapier, and I do not know what I can do to fix this issue, can anyone help?
I’m trying to build out an integration between OneDesk and Redmine. I’ve been successful in creating a zap where when a ticket is created in OneDesk, it will create it in Redmine. I do not see how I am able to bring back status change and history/note updates from Redmine back to OneDesk. Is this a feature that I am not seeing or not available? Thanks, David

Is it possible to create a zap with a multiple previous steps to specific action? Or any other solution here in Zapier or other tool?
I have several users and teams on my Calendly Account. I user Zapier and have a zap for my scheduled appointments to create a row in Excel to keep track. However, it tracks ALL appointments for ALL users and teams. I want the teams and users to be separate but I do not see an option on Zapier to custom the zaps by team, it pulls in all appointments for all users/teams. My goal is to create multiple excel tracker sheets for different teams and users. Ex. Tracker Sheet For Team 1, Team 2, User 1, User 2 etc.
