How do I set up batch processing to limit task usage?

I’ll give you an example: I have 1000 contacts I need imported from Salesforce into Google Sheets. I want to batch process these contacts in sets of 200. I believe that this would greatly decrease my task usage.I can’t find a direct explanation of how to set this up, though. I’ve read about paginator but I’m not familiar with API calls and Zapier to understand how it works without more guidance.

Please Help! I am stuck. Trigger: JotForm Form Submission Action: Thinkific Survey Complete AI

Seeking some Zapier Guru advice. I am trying to embed a Jotform Form survey into a Thinkific course. The JotForm form submission is the trigger. My desired action is to use the Thinkific API for Survey/Test completion so Thinkific knows to count that learning element as completed and a pass so the learner can move forward in the gated course. I am not sure how to make sure the course ID and user ID are included so Thinkific knows who to give credit to for the survey completion.I am also not sure how to set that up from within the Zapier format. Can anyone provide me with some recommendations or feedback? I would really appreciate it. I know it is possible because Thinkific does this with Brillium. Thank you again.

Setup Hubspot deal to create Shopify Draft order

Hi all, I am trying to have a setup where a new Hubspot Deal that is marked as CLOSED WON will create a Shopify Draft Order. I seem to be running into a roadblock because Shopify needs the email address for the associated Hubspot Deal contact. However i cannot seem to pull the associated contact information from the deal?Any suggestions on how someone would build this out?We have line items in our Hubspot deals and i am hoping that those will match up to my Shopify products and create draft orders.

send a calendar invite to someones email based on a trigger in google form response then reply with answer back to monday.com action

This is either really simple or a big challenge:I have a catering company i.e. i would like a Zap to watch for a Google order form to be filled out.When that order form is submitted I would like a google calendar INVITE sent to my delivery driver.If he excepts the delivery and clicks yes on the invite, that will post to his google calendar. I then want another action to take place in monday.com (what that action is, isn't important but I want a column in monday.com to says “Driver accepted delivery”. the monday.com part I can handle)I and if he declines the invite I then want an email notification sent to myself saying “the driver has not accepted this delivery”That's about it. I might be over complicating this zap. Hi Community and TIA.TL;DR question: ways to ensure duplicate events aren’t created in Gcal based on user error updating or reformatting GsheetI’ve included screen shots of the Zap and the Sheet Tabs referenced. Leaving out screenshots of the actual tabs/sheets as they contain guest information.I have a long working Zap to manage short-term rental bookings that adds departure and arrival events to GCal based on new/updated rows in a Gsheet (GSheet is “Contact Info). The trigger is Col 5 where the arrival date is stored. The vast majority of use cases are for new bookings, which function as expected. The only real problem I run into is when I either:update an arrival date in the Gsheet to reflect a new arrival date rearrange the sheet (Filter View or re-sort) Obviously, the easy answer is to turn off the Zap when doing so but that relies on human activity and is therefore subject to human error. (This Zap also creates arrival and departure emails but, since that’s a separate function, I

 Hello !Use case is quite simple : every month airtable export HR counters (table of 6 rows), list of days off and list of worked days. an automate performs a 3 “Find records”, one per table, and trigger a Zap with a webhook webhook contains the tables in html format :   the Zap use a Google Docs Template as below and should insert the html code provide by the webhook inside each markers : {{compteur}}, {{absence}}, {{travail}} Issue is that the HTML is not converted into table and displayed “as-is”, making the doc useless.Is there a way to manage this case ? I’d like to avoid the “Append doc” which is not working well. Thanks

 OK , so this is what I am looking to achieve . I am setting up a  committee form which will take inputs like 1-What is the name of the  committee ?2-Name the members that will be there in the committee?3- How soon will the committee meeup ( daily , weekly etc) I was able to achieve the first one , i.e the name of the channel but  when I want to invite the users it is giving me “ Channel Not Found” Also for the 3rd point , how do I create google invite based on the option selected ? How to adjust multiple email outputs in a single task without creating multiple formatter actions?

Hi ,  I'm having trouble with getting multiple outputs out of 1 email body. I have already formated the data into different outputs by splitting text:   These outputs still contain the name of the output. Is there any way for me to adjust these outputs in 1 task? For example remove text that contains :. Can't find a way other then creating a format step for every output. But that's to many tasks.  Thnanks!

Hubspot Invoices

I would like to have Invoices created in Xero, which are currently synced to Hubspot, to be linked with a Deal of the same name. Currently Xero is integrated using the Hubspot markeplace integration, this hands contacts and invoice sync.Zapier is currently using new Xero Invoice to create a Deal in Hubspot, and update once paid to close.Currently the Invoice and Deal that relate to the same sale, are not linked. I want to fix this.Invoices don’t appear to be an available trigger. Eg. ‘New Invoice Created’ in Zapier.Invoices also don’t appear in an associated search of the Contact that has an Invoice.Any advice, is this possible?

Getting HubSpot Records with Specific Association Label

Hi there, we have a zap that is triggered when a HubSpot deal reaches closed won. When that happens, we want to get a record of all the contacts related to the deal with an association label of ‘consultant.’ When I use the ‘Get Contacts’ HubSpot action, it doesn’t pick up on their association label (they show as null even when not null), and even if it did, it is it obvious how to separate out which contact(s) are the consultant and which have different labels.  Has anyone been able to solve this?

Unable to locate Zoom Rcordigns

Hello we are trying to upload our zoom recordings onto google drive.But we are having trouble testing the step as the trigger is having trouble collecting the zoom recordings. Zapier is already added into our zoom marketplace and the setups that were prementioned are done.ex. Allow cloud recording sharing” must be set to ON “Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings” must be set to OFF. “Require password to access shared cloud recordings” must be set to OFF.Does anyone have a workaround around this? Or should we put a delay before setting up the trigger? Thank you in advance!

The best way/method to encode an URL?

Hello,  I have created a complex link with around 25 parameters that I want to use in a button link in Mailersend.com.The link  looks like: http://domain.com/?parameter1=value1&parameter2=value2&parameter3=value3… etc.The problem is that some parameters contain special characters, spaces etc.. Therefore I need to encode the URL. Which is the best way to do this? I saw that Zapier has a “URL Encode” feature. Do I have to encode each parameter value (i.e. value1, value2, value 3 etc.) individually or can I encode the entire URL?What is the best way? Thanks for your help, Michael

Exporting all my google contacts to Notion

Hello! I´ve been trying to export all my google contacts into a Notion database but as not all the contacts are new nor have updates none of the triggers defined work for me.I´ve even tried creating a tag (group) in google contacts, tagging all my contacts with that “tag” and setting the zapier trigger in “New group” but it doesn´t work either.I want to be able to synchronize my google contacts with my notion database from now on (new contacts and updates in google contacts to be synchronize on my notion database), and for doing that I think I need the google id for each contact, which is the field “original id”.I´ve also tried deleting all my contacts from google contacts and “creating” them again using a google contacts csv file I have previously generated with all my contacts (before deleting them). Having done this, I use the zap with the trigger “new contact” and it uploads around 400 of the 973 contacts, but after doing that It just stops and doesn´t upload new contacts in notion

How do I parse out Smartsheet row data from an API call for use as line items?

Hey there folks,I’ve been trying to set up a Zap that takes Smartsheet row data and creates a multi-line Xero invoice. One of my efforts has yielded inconsistent behaviour detailed in this thread, so I have tried another method using a GET Sheet API call. This has pulled the sheet data fine, but I’m struggling to manipulate the row data into a form where I can use it as line items for the Create Invoice step in Xero.I’ve managed to use a Formatter step to extract the row IDs from the sheet. My plan is to pass these through a loop and perform a Get Row API call to get the row data. Again, the data has pulled through, but the way Smartsheet provides its cell data consists of a Column ID, a Value and a Display value as follows:This means that when I try to reference these values in a subsequent step, they are grouped by the data type name and are not available individually:I’ve then tried another line item Formatter step which gives me the following:But if I then try to reference the outp
