wix forms to hubspot contacts - pull in url

I am setting up wix forms to hubspot contacts. I am trying to pull the url (full with path) into the contact so we know which reps page the lead came from.  Everything is pulling in nicely that is manually entered but I can’t seem to get the url to pull in automatically into hubspot.

New Video in YouTube Channel (but includes unlisted or private as an option)

We have admin permissions to a client’s YouTube channel and can see any video, short, or livestream they have ever uploaded, including ones set to Private or Unlisted but it seems that the default Zap (New Video in Channel in YouTube) is only able to pull newly published public videos. Is there a way that we can have it post when ANY video is uploaded since we are authenticated with an account that should be able to see even the private and unlisted videos?

New Google Doc added to Google Drive File, automatically email the file to others.

When a row is added to my Google Spreadsheet, I have Zapier making a Google Doc out of it using a template.  It saves it to a Folder in my Google Drive.  I want to have each new Google Doc added to this folder emailed as an attachment to multiple people.  Is this possible.  I’ve seen where people send a notification, but I actually want to attach each new doc and email them.

Using Managed Users Email in Zap

How do I use an interface’s managed user email as a variable in a Zap? After the managed user adds a row to a table in an interface, I want to update a hidden field containing their email (used for a dynamic filter) so that other managed users won’t see the row they added.  I’m having trouble finding a way to use “current user’s email” as a variable in a zap that updates the hidden field in the table when they make a new row.  Feel free to ask clarifying questions if needed, Thank you!

Using zapier to create texting tree automation for customers. Best practices?

Have you ever used zapier to make a texting tree before? What have you learned? I'm going to make a texting automation using zapier so that I can get reviews, get information from customers, etc.  example: It would send a text saying “text back yes if you think we deserve 5 stars, or no if you don’t”Then when they send back yes, it would send a text inviting them to leave a review with the link. Texting back no might prompt customer service to get involved, etc. Obviously I would be using filters and paths with zapier to accomplish this mainly. I will use clicksend for the texting (although many texting applications would do), and hubspot is my crm. I will use hubspot properties to define “gates” that customers would pass through once they text a response, that way I could use the word “yes” again to mean something completely different. My question is, has anyone used zapier to do something like this before? What are the best practices when doing so? There are all sorts of problems tha

I am trying to Find a Message in Slack that was posted by the Work Flow Builder Automation. The query in Zapier returns no results. The query in Slacks native search also returns no results; however when I deselect `Exclude automations` from the Slack filter, the message appears in the search results.Is there a way to include automations in the query within Zapier?

Connecting Regiondo & Mailchimp

Hello Everyone, unfortunately I couldn’t find any relating article to this. I have set up Regiondo (booking platform) with Mailchimp. The goal is: When someone books a Retreat over Regiondo we want to send the customer an automated series of mails until the Event starts. First question: I can only select a specific already existing customer booking and not a general “tag” like “Apnoe & Yoga Retreat” as a trigger. How do I know know that Zapier uses the correct product for the following mails?Second question adding up: We have one Retreat starting in July and one in September.  You can choose this in a drop down field on Regiondo. We would like to welcome the customers with “Welcome in July” and “Welcome in September” … How does that work if the Zap starts from the same booking page?I created the following journey in Zapier: I choose everything correctly, yet I keep getting those Pop-ups when I try to test: What did I do wrongly here?  Thank YOU so so much for your help! Kind regard

What filter or delay is appropriate for Hubstaff Stop Timers notification?

Hello! So we are trying to create this automation whereby Hubstaff activity gets sent to a certain Slack channel. That includes starting & stopping their timers.Inside Hubstaff, our team members can switch among different tasks and projects whichever they are currently working on. So they need to press a button whenever they are on a meeting, or doing a certain project, or on a sales call, you know what I mean.My problem is, when a team member switches to a different task, Slack tags it as them stopping their timer, when in fact they did not. They just switched tasks. As a result, our slack channel gets flooded with “this person started and stopped their timer”, it can really get crowded as we have 25 members. What I want to happen is that we only want to see “stopped timer” notifications if timer has been stopped for more than 5 minutes and not when they are just switching task.Is this possible? Been trying to crack this for the last 2 hours. Thanks a bunch to whoever can help.

Person field in Notion - how do I set this (trying to take info from Google Form via Sheets)

I am trying to build a simple Zap that takes a Google Form entry via Google Sheet, and creates a new line in a Notion database.The form is filled out by visitors when they arrive at the office, and it contains simply their name and the name of the person they are visiting. We add the date and time to it.I can make the visitor name and date fields work fine, but the person they are visiting is a ‘Person’ property in Notion (because we want it to be assigned as a todo with a notification). Zap tests return an error about needing a UID for this field rather than the name.I found a similar community post about Salesforce where the suggestion was a find record stage to track down the UID, but if I try to add that to my Zap the Person field isn’t an option. Bit stuck. My first time building something like this so feel like I’m probably missing something simple. Also - I am completely open to an answer suggesting something other than Google Forms. I’m basically trying to replace Envoy here wh

How to send Xero purchase order details to Excel/Airtable?

I’m on a paid plan.I’ve connected XERO and it’s working for invoices and contacts. But using the same processes as invoices and contacts, I can’t get a new purchase order to activate a zap. The test works fine.Weirdly the test doesn’t pull in the most recent purchase order though, it always pulls in the first PO I ever created, but the invoice test always pulls in the most recent. Is anyone successfully automating new PO’s from XERO in to anything? I need new purchase order details to be copied to a sheet so I can get details like amount, delivery address, delivery date, etc.

With Google Sheets, I want to create multiple columns in an existing worksheet if they do not exist already.For example: I want to create 3 columns - “A”, “B” and “C” if they do not exist. Currently, I am only able to do the creation part by having 3 “Create Spreadsheet Column” steps. My question is -- can I do this with fewer steps + how to perform the check to skip the columns that are already present?

ETA for Stripe adapter to support test environment

Hi, is there an ETA for when the Stripe adapter will support the test environment?I have seen other posts which reference a feature request that can be upvoted, but the link was not included. Can you please share that link so people can upvote for this vital feature?We can’t really implement zaps that we cannot test… and workarounds like using webhooks and code seem to defeat the no-code benefits from Zapier. Would prefer for the actual Stripe adapter to support the test environment.Thanks

How do I transfer Moco Time Booking to ClickUp

We are trying to transfer time bookings made in MOCO to specific ClickUp tasks. Everything is working fine so far, but the booking in ClickUp is always assigned to the user who created the ClickUp connection in Zapier (although the user is Workspace Owner).When setting the configuration for transferring the booking to ClickUp, adding an assignee is mandatory - however it appears that the booking is not assigned to this user in ClickUp.Is there a way to correctly assign time bookings in ClickUp via Zapier to a specific user? Any Ideas how to solve this?Thx for your help!

How do I automate Acuity bookings from ThriveCart bump offer purchases?

I want to use a bump option in thrivecart for a package that I offer in acuity. The idea is they purchase an online course through thrivecart with a bump for a discounted 3-pack of private coaching with me. They purchase the 3-pack through acuity and then can schedule their 3 sessions on my calendar.  When they purchase the 3-pack, it’ll generate a code for them to use when scheduling so they aren’t charged.  I don’t want my client to have to make two separate purchases.  I want it to be one seamless transaction where they pay for their course on thrivecart and their coaching package on acuity all at once.  This means they need to get the coupon code generated in acuity and then sent to their email so they can schedule sessions with me. Is there a way to set this up?  Thanks!
