@Lisaekimball

Awesome! Let me know how it works out or if you need additional help!

How it works with QuickBooks

TradeGecko integrates natively with QuickBooks and many other applications within a merchant’s commerce & supply chain ecosystem. You’ll never have to spend time (or make mistakes!) updating accounting & inventory details as you sell products across B2B and B2C channels, in multiple currencies, with multiple tax requirements. Designed for growing wholesale and multichannel businesses, TradeGecko Automation is your best friend. QuickBooks works with TradeGecko to sync accounting and online inventory and order management, providing you with the perfect cloud-to-cloud solution.

Thank you I will give that a try!

It sounds like your Zap may be in need of a filter to stop unwanted orders from getting through. I would start here https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help. You would just need a parameter to filter off of out of QBC
So your flow would be something like this

Trigger: New Order in QBC

Action: Filter by Zapier to filter out orders that don’t meet the criteria

Action: Create new Row in Google Sheets
