i cant get zendesk to work with air-table triggers.

i have airtable running and am pretty scrpted in how it works its zaped together with zendesk so i can embed the form you can create on airtable to make a record. Yet, if i test run it works fine transfering the new record to zendesk, but if i fill out the form nothing… it dosen’t send anything to zendesk its like its not triggering.

Hi there, 

First, you will want to make sure the Zap is turned on. If it is already on, how long are you waiting between submitting the form and checking for the record? 

Airtable works on a polling trigger(meaning Zapier checks Airtable every 5-15 minutes) so it usually takes around 5 minutes for the trigger to actually run.

it is on and tests perfectly, but ill wait to see if it will grab it within 5 - 15 mins. thank you.
