Hello! I think Zapier is asking you to fill it in by following the instructions. Have you done this? Let us know if you’ve followed the instructions, if you’re still running into issues?

HI @Duy 1412 ,

If you are looking for the channel field, this should be under Account just above the fields you see in this screenshot. I am not sure exactly what you are looking for however, and what the current issue is.
