How to update specific cell in Google Sheets?

Hello Community, I wanted to ask how I can change a certain line in google sheets. So in my example I want to insert B14 (customer name). Do you have any ideas how I could do this with Zapier? Without filling in the first line.

 

PS: Attached you can see the google sheets file

GSheets need to be structured a certain way to work with Zaps.
