I have a webhook set up in Zapier. Works great! The only thing is, how can I make the webhook RETURN a value? The only thing I get back from the webhook now is:

{"id": "7560da36-be60-48aa-ba6c-b9f99c65bd98", "request_id": "6143458d-27b5-4283-a25b-8e65e7a18a90", "attempt": "6143458d-27b5-4283-a25b-8e65e7a18a90", "status": "success"}

Thanks!

Hi @patrickmast

Zapier Webhooks don’t currently support returning a value.

As an alternative you can try: https://webhook.site/

Hmm, then it’s back to Integromat for this one..

Is there a timeline for this to be added to Zapier?

@patrickmast

Not that I’m aware of.

I’ve previously submitted this feature request to Zapier.

Generally Zapier doesn’t provide timelines for these type of requests.

Just wanted to pop in here to note that we’ve added @patrickmast to the existing feature request we have open for this.

I don’t have a timeline for when this functionality would be added to the Webhooks by Zapier app but we’ll send an email notification and will keep this thread updated with any news. :)
