Hello,

I want to connect a checklist options from jetforms into a tag in mailchimp.

I have the feeling that it might be related with Audience fields and *|MERGE|* tags, but I can´t figure how to do it.

I would like “sanitarios” to be tagged in the subscriber info.

Any help?

@nico8a54 do you mean jotforms?

Have you set up the zap to trigger when a form is submitted and do you have sample data within the zap? That should tell you what jotform is sending when one of these checklists options is checked.

Based on that there might be some formatting that will need to be done to get the word “Sanatarios”

but then you would need to add/update a subscriber in mailchimp

and then use the “Add subscriber to Tag” action in Mailchimp to add that subscriber to the “Sanatarios” tag.

Hi @nico8a54!

It sounds like you might want to look into a Lookup Table, which is a part of our Formatter app. It can take an incoming value and output whatever associated value you’ve entered.

You can learn more about Lookup Tables in our help docs. Also, is this what you’re referring to: https://crocoblock.com/plugins/jetengine/.
