How to get ninja form contents to post on Monday.com board?

I need help with my Ninja Form - Monday.com integration.

I have a ninja form on my website for customers to submit a work order request. The purpose of the zap is to send the ninja form directly to Monday.com and create a new item with all of the info from the nina form.

I have the entire zap setup and working. I only need help to configure the zap to transfer the values of the ninja form to the appropriate column in Monday.com. Currently when the zap transfers the form contents to Monday.com it literally only puts the title. It does not transfer any of the values from the ninja form.

From what i’ve read online, it looks like it needs some kind of json string or code. I am unfamiliar with this and not sure how to set this up properly.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Hi @mindfulwebsolutions

TIP: Turn on Developer Mode in Monday Labs, here’s how: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002138760-What-is-monday-labs-

That will give you the internal Monday column IDs to use in the Zap.

Also reference these articles for formatting the Zap data to Monday: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014205860
