GoogleSheets + Zapier with duplicates

Hey, guys!

I don't what I can do!

I'm make a zapier with a webhook for a googlesheet, but zapier is make a double line in my sheet and every single person is changed two credits.

That screenshot is count 12 zapier, when in reality is just 6 zapier!

 

Do you guys know what could be happening?
