Trying to update a Google sheet from a new contact, however, continue to have problems with Google sheets - either the Drive is unselected (you select the Drive you want but then once you run the test it is deselected) or in the second instance, having set the Zap up again, it’s now not pulling any fields in from the Google Sheet that it was doing previously. See screenshot.
Anyone experienced this and can help?

Generally, you’ll see this error message if you haven’t selected a Drive, Sheet or worksheet.
If you’ve selected each one of those and the Zap still isn’t pulling the fields from Google Sheets, the next thing to double check is that there is information in the first row of the sheet (your ‘header row’) as that’s what the Zap will use to add the fields to the editor.
If you have information in the top row of the sheet and are still having trouble pulling the fields, the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Support Team as they will be able to take a closer look at your Zap with you. You can get in touch using the Get Help form.
