I want to trigger a zap when a Pull Request or issue is commented on Github. Is that possible?

This is not a comment on a PR. I have tested. It's related only to commits.

Unfortunately, the GitHub Zap app doesn’t have a trigger for comments on pull requests.

You’d use the Webhooks Catch Hook app as the Zap trigger.
