I’m new and want to use Zapier to connect our administration to a crm system, but as I can see now, all the data will be send from EU (where we are) to VS(Zapier) back to EU.
Is that right?

@avvvos you can read all about their data and privacy here: https://zapier.com/help/account/data-management/data-privacy-at-zapier

I have seen that, so as it states there, all Zaps go via the US of A, that is troubling

Hey @avvvos !

Appreciate the question here and it’s one that’s asked by many of our users.

The answer of course is not so straight forward here and heavily depends on your data set and how you plan on using it. As such, we recommend you conduct an assessment or speak with your legal team to see if Zapier is a good fit.

I’ve included a link to an FAQ here (which will supplement what @GetUWired has already sent): https://zapier.com/help/account/data-management/data-privacy-security-faqs#can-eu-based-customers-transfer-eu-personal-data-to-zapier

Thank you.

Is it not easier in the future to have some data stored end processed in the EU, look at Google Analytics, the chances are high it will be forbidden in the EU, unless they stop sending the data via the USA.

Our foundation is really privacy-friendly, do I do not think we can use Zapier at all...
