Hello,

I have a free plan.

I made two zaps with a catch hook with zapier and send to sendinblue, but I cannot turn them to online, zapier tell me that I have to get the premium plan to do it.

It’s weird, because one of my co-worker has five zaps with the same flow and it works with the free plan.

Why my zaps doesn’t work with the free plan?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @nicodrugo85

Per Zapier’s pricing page, webhook steps are only available on the Starter plan or above (hover over the ‘Custom Integrations’ bullet point): https://zapier.com/pricing

Legacy versions of Zapier’s plans had different feature limits and I believe once upon a time webhooks were available on the free plan - hence why your coworker is able to use them.

Ah ok, it makes sense.

So I must upgrade to premium if I want to use the webhook zapier step.

But, do you know if there is another way to catch the hook from contact form 7?

@nicodrugo85 No, you’d need to upgrade and use the webhook trigger.
