Found an already existing user with this email address and a different internal ID.

When trying to access my Zapier account, I ran into his error message :

 

“ Found an already existing user with this email address and a different internal ID. “

 

How can I solve this? What is the root cause?

This sounds like an oAuth issue. Can you try logging out completely and resetting your password and logging in that way? When you do that, what happens?
