Forwarding an email based off certain phrase

Morning - 

Situation as follows…

Email comes in
Email contains certain phase
Now I want a zap triggered and that email forwarded to another email.

I have no issue setting up the first and second part.  I can easily filter for the phase but my issue is how do I get zap to forward that email to another email?

Hi @Just Randy 

You’ll need to map all the data points from the Zap trigger to the Zap action to send an email.

Hey all! Just popping in here as I spotted that we’ve got an existing feature request for the Gmail integration to have a Forward Email action added. I’ve gone ahead and added @Just Randy’s vote for that to be implemented. I don’t have an estimate on when it would be added but we’ll be sure to email as soon as it is!

In the meantime, Troy’s suggestion of using a Gmail Send Email action and selecting the values from the trigger step to create the email to be sent to another email address would be a good workaround to try! 🙂
