Form Submission in HubSpot to send an email from Mailchimp

I am currently try to integrate Zapier to Hubspot and Mailchimp. What I am try to do is whenever an client submit a form (the form is linked to Hubspot) and Zapier will trigger like a "Welcome mail" in mailchimp to that Client. I have searched Youtube and Google but its seem not to work. But actually my friend told me that Zapier can do that. So hope you guys can help me on that, a specific video tutorials or step to do that would be amazing. Really appreciate

Hi @kiethuynh123

Check out the available triggers/actions/searches for each app.

HubSpot: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Mailchimp: https://zapier.com/apps/mailchimp/integrations#triggers-and-actions

In Mailchimp, what triggers your “welcome email” to be sent? (e.g. Tag)

Hey @kiethuynh123, I hope you’re doing well, I just wanted to check in here!

Were you able to get things working with the information from Troy, or can we still help here?

If your welcome emails are triggered by a tag, this should be possible by triggering a zap on a new form submission, then add or update a subscriber to the list using the action Troy shared, and finally add a tag to that subscriber using the Add Subscriber to Tag action for Mailchimp.

I believe using that zap workflow your mailchimp automation can trigger when that subscriber is tagged and send them an email.
