Error connecting Zapier to Follow Up Boss app

I keep getting the error below when I’m testing my connection. Can someone help me, please!

I’m trying to connect an app called REI Reply to send the information through Zapier to my Follow Up Boss CRM.

 

“Got 400 calling POST https://api.followupboss.com/v1/events, expected 2xx.”

please look over how to get started with Follow Up Boss here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-get-started-follow-boss 

you must be authenticating an admin account among a few other requirements.
