Error connecting to MySQL database in GCP

When i connect to my database in GCP, i have this error message:

authentication failed: Could not connect with jotform and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. 255

My database version is 8+.

The error arrived when i connect with Zapier.

If i connect with MySQL client, it’s ok.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @formulaires-cassous 

What version of MySQL are you using?

The Zapier MySQL integration doesn't currently support version 8.0+.

Your database will need to use an earlier version in order to use it with Zapier.

Thanks for your response.

I use now the version 5.7.

I have now this error message:

authentication failed: Could not connect with jotform and provided password. The response we got from the server is included below for debugging purposes. (pymysql.err.OperationalError) (1045, "Access denied for user 'jotform'@'54.86.9.50' (using password: YES)")

If i connect with MySQL Client, it’s ok
