Error connecting Gravity Form to WordPress: Authentication failed: Site URL must begin with “https://”

HTTPS://      ^^^^^

HTTP:// ^^^^^

I have been working on connecting my WordPress site (Gravity Forms) to Zapier to transfer the data to other programs. I am currently stuck on the first step - connecting my GravityForms account. The link on WordPress shows as if its an HTTP:// link, but in my browser it opens as an HTTPS://. When I try to connect my account in both ways, it does not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @A-1 Pianos

Good question.

Before you connect to Zapier, ensure that you've installed the Gravity Forms Zapier add-on.

Hey @A-1 Pianos!

In line with Troy’s suggestion, you can also review this article from Gravity Forms in case you encounter any problems with the Zapier Add-on:

https://docs.gravityforms.com/troubleshooting-the-zapier-add-on/

If all else fails, you can also contact the Gravity Forms’ support team to help you set up your authentication with Zapier:
