Hi there @SpaceSpecialists I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble with your Zoom Zap!

 

It sounds like you might be trying to use your own email address in the email field for the Create Registrant meeting. You’ll need to make sure that the email address in that field is a different one. Could you let us know what’s there right now? Are you using a field from a previous step in the Zap (eg the trigger)? Or did you type in an email address? Thanks!

Also, we wanted to note that the issue has been answered here. 

Our Support team wanted to advise that: The error here says that since the email you're trying out on the Create Registrant step is that of the Host email - it won't allow you to register that email as a Registrant.
