Data taking 20 minutes to flow through Zap

i can see that the error has being fixed !! but i am thrown with a new problem, its talking more than 20 minutes for data flow to happen from intercom or calendly to pardot !!! before it used to happen in matter of seconds !!! i am still testing an intercom leads and its been around 25 minutes now and still not showing in pardot !!!

 

please fix this ASAP @william @Danvers

We had an outage earlier in the week and although everything is back up and running now, some Zaps were running slower than usual as we made our way through the backlog of data that needs to be sent (you can learn more about that on this incident page). You should see that your Zaps are running at their usual speed now, if you are still experiencing delays, please contact the support team using the Get Help form. They’ll be able to take a closer look at your Zaps with you to make sure that there’s not something else causing the trouble 🙂
