Create a Salesforce Attachment from Completed Docusign

Hello,

I’m trying to automate adding completed envelopes from Docusign as an attachment in Salesforce. I’m having trouble telling Zapier which account in Salesforce to attach it to. For example, we send out a contract to company ABC, they complete it by signing it (trigger), then we want to “add as attachment” to Company ABC in Salesforce. 

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to map this correctly?

This should be possible with a Search – Find Record. I usually map Docusign envelopes to Opportunities, FWIW.

 

Envelope Completed → Find Record (email is probably your best bet) → Create Attachment.
