Contacts being added to Pipedrive from wrong ActiveCampaign list

Hi everyone please do help me out with my problem, I am currently having troubles in my zap from activecampaign to pipedrive. We are getting 'opt-ins' from all my contacts in activecampaign that are not supposed to be shown in pipedrive since I made sure to automate only 1 list.  somehow the system is creating leads when it shouldn't. 

Can you help me to solve this problem? I already reached out 2 tools, AC and pipedrive and they said the problem is not from their side.
