We are creating work flows between ConnectWise Manage and WebEx Teams to improve response time on managed service tickets. It would be extremely helpful to be able to put the CWM notes into the message on teams so we can quickly see what the issue is.
Has anyone found a way to get the notes from CWM into a variable we can pass to WebEx?

We do have a feature request open for this and I’ve added you as an interested user. This lets the ConnectWise team know how many folks would like to see this addition and also means that we’ll send you an email when we have an update.
