connection not possible with Facebook Lead ads

Hello

I'm desperately trying to log in to Zapier with my Facebook leads ads, but I can't log in with the ad account. For the business manager it's set ok, ditto for the page, for the ad account I have an error message telling me that the ad account is in another BM., But I have all the permissions on this account. I had Facebook by phone confirming that everything is ok from their side.
I tried with the owner login too, and it’s the same error message.
Does anyone have an idea to solve this problem ?

Thank you for your answer but all permissions are ok
I guess the problem is that the ad account is in another BM, and even if i have the permissions, Zapier do not accept it.
