Connect to Microsoft Exchange hosted on 3rd party server?

I’m currently trying to automate emails out of exchange but when I try and link the account in Zapier it doesn’t recognise the login details. I believe this might be due to whoever set up the exchange account going through a 3rd party and it being on their servers.

Does anyone have a solution on how I can connect Zapier to the exchange server or why the login details may not be working?

I’m afraid Zapier only works with Microsoft-hosted instances of Exchange. I wish I could give you a better answer!

Just wanted to pop in here as spotted that there’s an existing feature request for non Microsoft-hosted instances of Exchange Server to be supported as well.

I’ve added @Greg Dowse’s vote for that feature request. I don’t have an ETA on when that would be implemented, we’ll be sure to send an email notification as soon as it is! :)
