Connect issue with Microsoft Teams

Hi all.

I’m going to connect Google calander to Teams with Zapier. 

But it said “Zapier could not connect to your account.

Got 401 calling GET https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me, triggering auth refresh.”

when I tried log in my free Teams account.

 

How can I fix it?

Hi @teeeeth!

In taking a look, a paid account is required in order to connect Zapier with Microsoft Teams. That would explain why you were running into that error message.

Hi All, 

Receiving the same error - with Microsoft Outlook - we have a paid account for both Outlook License and Zapier - any assistance would be great - thx WJB

Same issue here.  Paid account and Teams connectivity.  Stopped working last week, rebuilt the connection on Saturday, and just stopped working an hour ago.

This just happened to me a few minutes ago. MS Outlook connected expired and now get that same error when trying to reconnect….8 zaps down!

YIPES - same here we have quite a few apps down also.  I created a ticket. I am assuming is a Microsoft issue - once I get it resolved I will post here. If it does resolve itself - thX WJB

Unfortunately zapier will not make sence for me if this will not work more than a day.
