Can a Zap move into multiple Paths simultaneously?

I'd like all scenarios to continue to Path A but filter Path B and Path C. Is that possible?

Yes, it will go into each path that passes the criteria, so for Path A, just set up a filter that will always be true

This is super useful. Effectively you are using Paths as "Branches".

Yes. I find that paths and filters work in a similar way. Where a filter is used to stop a Zap if conditions aren't met, paths let you do "sets of actions" as I like to call them if conditions are met. Here's a video I made on the topic.
