I currently have a Custom App built to create an API connection with our property management system, Track Software, and Salesforce. I am looking to create a transfer from an Excel Spreadsheet into Track. Can anyone help me with this, or at least give me a few pointers on how to get Track added as an App for Zaps/Transfers.
The person who created the Custom App (For TRACK) no longer works with Zapier, so I do not have access to the custom app.

I am trying to create a Transfer from Excel to Track, but Track doesn’t seem to be an option under Apps. I am wondering how to get that built as a Destination App.

Alternatively, if your app has an API, then Zaps can be configured using the Webhooks app as an action step in a Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
I understand the option of hiring Zapier Experts. We have done that and have waited for over a month to hear back about progress without a word.
I was hoping to gather some info that might help me create a transfer on my own. I do know the App (TRACK) has an API since I have a Private Custom Connection that is working through 3 zaps. However, I don’t have the login info, so I cannot access that App again to reconnect to use as a Transfer.
Any more advice?
What about a one-time Transfer though? I am not looking to create a zap at the moment….

Does Track offer a manual import option?
May not need Zaps at all.
