I'm trying to upgrade my account from a free account to a starter account. I keep getting an error:

Screen Shot 2020-01-29 at 7.44.52 AM.pngI've tried two different payment methods and waited now two hours before trying again. I want to get some things going today and am dead in the water until I can figure out why they won't take my payment. Ideas?
