Allow Zapier to access your Kintone Account? is failed.

I was able to connect to kintone with my free plan, but when I upgraded to a paid plan, I could not connect to kintone.

I can't connect with zapier, but I can get the information normally with the curl command.

I don't know what caused it, so please help me.
