Adding Appointment or Registration to Calendar

I have been tasked with automatically adding an event to a leads calendar for webinars or in-person courses. Is this possible, or would I need to set this up for Gmail and Outlook individually per zap?

Depends what scheduling/booking app you’re using.

A good place to start is on the Zapier Apps page- from here you can choose your desired apps, and see the available Triggers / Actions for each. Give that a go and let us know if you run into any trouble!
