Adding a message to revetize

I’m trying to send a message through Revetize once a customer is Installed on my SalesForce account. My problem is, my only option on Zapier is to create a new customer. However, if I’ve already created the same customer previously how can I just send the message without creating a duplicate customer?

Hi @Brio! I can’t see Revetize on our app directory so I think that it must be a private (invite only). We can’t directly support these apps—not because we don’t want to (we’d love to be able to give you more specific help here), but for the reason that anybody can build an integration and invite people to it.

 

If you’d like to see the option to send a message on Revetize, then the best thing to do is to reach out to the person that invite you to use the app and ask them to consider adding that as an action. ​I hope that's clear, please let me know if you have any questions!
