Send email when zap stops due to Filter

Is there a way to receive an email notification for if and when a zap could no longer continue due to a filter task?I tried the Halted and Error tasks, but they will work when the zap does not execute due to a filter set in place. Thanks!

Filter by Zapier throttle?

Hey,Our organization is starting to use Zapier quite intensively lately with a lot of filters that run when a contact in Nationbuilder has a certain tag, but not another.The way we do this:Trigger: Person updated in NationbuilderAction: Filter by Zapier: Only continue if person has tag A, but not tag BAnd then some more actions. We have 200+ filters set up this way.Now I’ve noticed the Filter by Zapier step shows a “Held/Throttled” for a lot of Zaps. There’s no error message and I can’t find if there’s a limit on the Filter by Zapier action, but I suppose there is.We’re on a paid plan.How can we resolve this?Thanks in advance,OSP

Send VAT to a dedicated account when an invoice is payed with Qonto

I want to use Zapier to have the VAT from my client’s invoice automatically send to a separate dedicated account on Qonto.There is a blog article on Qonto that explains clearly how to do it but it doesn’t work for me.Here’s a screenshot that show what’s the problem.It seems that the Field is the problem but I don’t know what to put instead of 1.Side to make it work.

Filtering Calendly Event

Hi every one, I have a problem . First of all i created zap between Calendly and notion. i have two events on calendly Disovery call & Private coaching call. First autmoation works fine where i see calendly regestration in notion crmHere’s the probelm when someone Register on private coaching call it shows in notion crm however i did filtering that only porceeds if the events is Discovery call Cause I don’t want priavte coaching calls in my Notion Need some help on filtering

My test is failing when filtering out the "Phone Call ID" even when it exists

I have a Zap that’s trying to filter out content when the text starts with “Phone Call Id: “. The text in the screenshot clearly starts with “Phone Call Id: “ so why would the test keep failing?

Filter for "not null"

I am building a zap to enter fields into a form.    I only want it to trigger if the student name is not null.   Seems like  a simple question!  I thought it would be the “exists” filter, but that is coming back as true even when the student name is null.    Which criteria should I use?

Default value

I’m setting up a default value where if Output 0 doesn’t have any value it will replace it with Output 1.The output come from regex where if match there is data in either Output 0 or 1.If there is no data in Output 0 and there is data is Output 1 it will replace the value.The problem when Output 1 doesn’t have value as a default value and the test flow will fail. Will the flow fail? or just it will just use the value from Output 0?

I’m trying to figure out how Zapier could be able to recognize an email subject. I want Zapier to differentiate/sort out the Buyers from the Sellers in my email.Is that even possible?Thank you!

Filter list of emailadresses to send mail to

Goodmorning!  Recently started using Zapier for automating our workflows; already love all the possibilities it gives and the time it saves us 🙂 Using it has been really straightforward, however now I'm encountering a small hiccup I can't seem to fix on my own.  What I try to do: After an event ends in Google Calendar, I want to send an email only to certain attendees of the Google Calendar event. So, I want to filter who to send emails to (e.g. only people whose mail adres ends with @thetalentinstitute.nl. That way our external trainers, who are also invited to the Calendar event, will not be bothered with our mails). I already tried the filter function and the Formatter tool, but can't seem to get the right result.  Hope you guys can help me out!

Calendly Zap for specific events

Hello, I Have a Calendly page with three events, one is public and the other two events are private. I use the public event for free mini-coaching calls and have it connected to Mailerlite via Zapier so that immediately after they book a session they are added to a smiling list which automatically sends them additional info about the upcoming coaching call. This works great. The problem is that the other two private events have nothing to do with a coaching session, infact one is for my podcast guests to schedule what time we’ll have our interview recording session. I don’t want them going to the mailerlite list and getting details about coaching. Is there a way to set up a Calendly zap that is specific to an event rather than my Calendly account?

Filters are not working when checking monday.com groups for specific email addresses

Hi,We need to divide messages received on Salesmsg (we have all emails there linked to phone numbers) based on which group on the Monday.com board that email address is in, and then notify two different Slack channels.For example, if the email of the person who sent a text in Salesmsg is in the group "Sales contacts", notification must arrive in one Slack channel, but if email is in the group "Product contacts", it should arrive in another channel.With using filter Monday.com colums, all are getting transformed to text, so it is not just email. There are other symbols too, and that is why "contains" and "exactly matches" filters don't work. What is the best solution here?

Zap Filter + HubSpot email assignment

Hi,Would it be possible to automate email assignments on HubSpot depending on which email address received the email? So the current set-up is that we have inboxes in HubSpot that are connected to other Gmail inboxes.For example, team@test.co (which is connected to HubSpot and has a Gmail account) automatically receives emails directed to james@test.co, tim@test.co, and kim@test.co. As a result, all emails sent to james@test.co, tim@test.co, and kim@test.co are routed to team@test.co.Could we use Zapier to automatically assign John to all emails that were sent to james@test.co?Would the trigger be "New Engagement"?

How can I trigger my Zap based off a particular form field response?

I want to connect google forms to another software application, but rather than having a zap triggered when someone fills out the form in general, I want a zap triggered by the response to a particular field within the form. In other words I’m hoping a specific response to a field (numerical, in this case) within the form can cause a reaction depending on the response, in the other application. Not sure if this is even possible?

Add a search step in Google Doc disables all placeholders...

Hello,In my Zap, the first step is a “New Email in Email Parser by Zapier” to parse the content of email and define some variables like “name” or “street”. That works. Then I have a “Create Document from Template in Google Docs” to create a document in my Google Drive, based on a template file, replacing some placeholders like {{NAME}} or {{STREET}} by corresponding Parse output values. That works.BUT I would like to use a different template file, depending of the value of Parse Output “name”. I tried to add a search step in the template filed of “Create Document from Template in Google Docs”, because the value of parse output “name” should be found in the template filename. But that makes placeholders mapping disappear so {{NAME}} is not replaced by its value...How can I do ? Is the only solution to create a path ?Thanks for your help,A .

If/Then Statement within a Zap field.

Is it possible to do an if then statement inline, within a zaps fields? Instead of having to use the zapier paths filter before the zap? This would help me in not duplicating steps when only 1 field in that step is different.

Hi! So i have linked teachable to my zapier. I have set up my zaps as follows in the photo. However, when this lecture is completed, all the other zaps and emails associated for the other lectures get sent out? Can someone please help me out?

Teachable specific course enrollments to Hubspot workflow isn't working?

I have no idea what I’m doing wrong?I would like people who enrol in a specific course on Teachable to receive a Hubspot workflow. However, when people register for one of my other courses on Teachable they are receiving my hubspot workflow, which is in no way related to the course they registered for. I have set up 2 zaps, one for new contacts to hubspot and the second to receive my Hubspot workflow. Both zaps, I have filtered my zap with the specific course ID and URL. How are they receiving the workflow for the other enrolled course?HELP!?

Hi, I have several zap runs that have been filtered due to an error in the filter. I have edited the zap to be correct. I would like to now re-run the filtered zaps through the same (updated) zap run. Is this possible?

Why are Salesforce opportunities that don't match my Filter conditions being created?

Hello,My Zap filter in the last step is not working right. Filter in my last step is set so that : Opportuntiy Stage Name exactly match “Pledged”, Membership Start Date = does not exist, and Membership End Date = does not exist. Screenshot of the filter rule below.However i attached a sreenshot with the zap run history and the Salesforce opportunity side by side. In the opportunity, Stage = closed won, and Start Date and End Date exist.Could I please get some help to review this, because this filter error is happening for the second time.– Asia Society Australia
