Hi,Would it be possible to automate email assignments on HubSpot depending on which email address received the email? So the current set-up is that we have inboxes in HubSpot that are connected to other Gmail inboxes. For example, email@example.com (which is connected to HubSpot and has a Gmail account) automatically receives emails directed to firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, and firstname.lastname@example.org. As a result, all emails sent to email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, and email@example.com are routed to firstname.lastname@example.org.Could we use Zapier to automatically assign John to all emails that were sent to email@example.com?Would the trigger be "New Engagement"?
I want to connect google forms to another software application, but rather than having a zap triggered when someone fills out the form in general, I want a zap triggered by the response to a particular field within the form. In other words I’m hoping a specific response to a field (numerical, in this case) within the form can cause a reaction depending on the response, in the other application. Not sure if this is even possible?
Hi,We need to divide messages received on Salesmsg (we have all emails there linked to phone numbers) based on which group on the Monday.com board that email address is in, and then notify two different Slack channels. For example, if the email of the person who sent a text in Salesmsg is in the group "Sales contacts", notification must arrive in one Slack channel, but if email is in the group "Product contacts", it should arrive in another channel. With using filter Monday.com colums, all are getting transformed to text, so it is not just email. There are other symbols too, and that is why "contains" and "exactly matches" filters don't work. What is the best solution here?
How do I configure my Filter to only send an email when a specific lecture is completed in Teachable?
Hi! So i have linked teachable to my zapier. I have set up my zaps as follows in the photo. However, when this lecture is completed, all the other zaps and emails associated for the other lectures get sent out? Can someone please help me out?
I have no idea what I’m doing wrong?I would like people who enrol in a specific course on Teachable to receive a Hubspot workflow. However, when people register for one of my other courses on Teachable they are receiving my hubspot workflow, which is in no way related to the course they registered for. I have set up 2 zaps, one for new contacts to hubspot and the second to receive my Hubspot workflow. Both zaps, I have filtered my zap with the specific course ID and URL. How are they receiving the workflow for the other enrolled course?HELP!?

Hello,My Zap filter in the last step is not working right. Filter in my last step is set so that : Opportuntiy Stage Name exactly match “Pledged”, Membership Start Date = does not exist, and Membership End Date = does not exist. Screenshot of the filter rule below. However i attached a sreenshot with the zap run history and the Salesforce opportunity side by side. In the opportunity, Stage = closed won, and Start Date and End Date exist.Could I please get some help to review this, because this filter error is happening for the second time.– Asia Society Australia
I am triggering a Zap off of a Slack message from a Post in a ChannelThis is automating a bot with a message based upon slacks in this channelWhat is happening is the bot is responding to the initial channel message (in thread) and then any subsequent messages in thread it is also responding to - creating a lot of noise. What I’d like to do is filter something like “has zap run with _____ ID (from Slack trigger)” and stop action. How can I see if a trigger with an ID has triggered the zap previously, and filter that out?
I am updating data in SQL from hubspot. The update works fine and runs as it should. However, it also adds a new row even though I have set up a filter to“Only Continue if _zap_search_was_found_status true” = (Boolean) is FalseIs that logic correct? It should not run if a row was found. Or is the next step (the Add new Row to SQL) always running because I haven’t properly told it to not continue? Thx for any help.
I am trying to triger an QB invoice base on True False custom filed from another app (Lawmatics).. The problem is that when I look at changed to a mater as a Triger I get all the custom field and their values as two separate arrays. Is there any way to match each filed to its Value so I can filter based on one.I hope this makes sense In the example below line one include the array of the custom field’s names, line 2 the array of the ID (in this example i like to use the value of custom filed “Create Invoice”, ID 84799)line 3 is the array of the values So the filter will be to only move forward if ID 84799 = True God bless you is you have a solutions Coby
Hi! I am trying to make a Zap that takes data from Excel and puts it into Airtable, however I only want it to bring across entries on Excel where there is text in a particular column. I have set it up so that the trigger is a new row in Excel, there is a filter in between so that it only continues if column 17 ‘exists’, and then the action is creating a new record (see screenshot below). When I test it at step 2 (the filter) it seems to work - it tells me that the action wouldn’t have gone through when there is no data in column 17. However, when I add the final action of creating a record in Airtable, it still seems to create a Zap and move the data across even when there is no data in column 17 and it technically shouldn’t.Do you know what I am doing wrong?? Thanks!!

Hello! I am looking to create a workflow for a Monday board with a status column with 10 or so options. Each status will be aligned with an email template in Mailchimp. So:a Monday form is filled out which creates an item on the Monday board Status X is automatically assigned to the item (from Monday automation) when Status X is assigned it triggers Mailchimp Email X to send the email statistics (sent, opened, etc.) are logged for that item in Monday (on the same board, preferable in a new column) to confirm the email has sent and if it was opened. if Monday item status changes from X to Y (manually) it triggers Mailchimp Email Y to send repeat step 5 (email stats) if Monday Status changes from Y to Z (manually) it triggers Mailchimp Email Z to send repeat step 5 (email stats) and so on I’ve tried a few different Zaps, -- specifically, if item is created in Monday, add name to “list” or “tag” in Mailchimp, then send it on a “journey,” but have not figured out how to make the connectio
I run an application that creates tasks based on the 4 time zones in the US. Right now I have it filtering if its in a specific state, but since I plan to expand to all 50 states, I want to merge these into checking for the 4 time zones instead. Keeps things more organized. Are there any applications or filters to check if a location is in a certain time zone and continue if so?
Hello there. Looking for help with this specific issue:I need a shipping agreement signed by customers who purchase certain products in my store. It’s been working like this: New customer purchase via Shopify. Zapier tells DocuSign to send out my template to the customer for signature. That’s all fine, but I would really like to be able to ONLY send this form/agreement to people who buy products in a specific collection. And would like to possibly set up a different form to go out for another collection. I see that there are filters I can add to the end of my zap, but nothing looks like it will filter for collections.Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated - I can’t find any way to contact Zapier support. Thanks!
