"Search" steps with PracticePanther don't return results

My goal is to put company information in a google sheet each time an invoice is created with Practice Panther. Zapier has an option to search by contact name to return a contact, however providing names that I know to exist do not return any results.

I think this is an error with either PracticePanther’s API or Zapiers integration with it. Any suggestions?
