Configuring Simple API Request for Help Scout

I want to add multiple Line Items to my Zapier Integration

Hello,I’m creating a Zapier integration and I have a field like this in my API requirements:{"records":[ {"field1":"val1","field2":"val2"}, {"field3":"val3","field4":"val4"}]}But I guess there isn’t a way of adding multiple dictionaries on Input Designer. I tried handling it with CLI but that didn’t work for me either.So far, I used CLI to create a line item with {link:true}. Fields in Records Line Item are populated dynamically as user adds fields from the input above. I just need records to accept a set of fields not just one.

"Session expired or invalid" when authenticating to Salesforce with OAuth2

I keep getting the error "failed csrf"

Every action that I do any any of my custom integrations from the developer window I get the “failed csrf”. I have tried different browsers and computers with no luck. I have two different app integrations and I get the same error on anything I do in either app.

Integration Checks C001

The zapier CLI utility on zapier test shows in integration checks result the cd C001 for one of the results and links to https://platform.zapier.com/docs/integration-checks-reference#C001 .Unfortunately the documentation does not shed any light on this code C001 - what does it represent? "We Couldn't find a request" + Test Trigger

Hi,I created a Trigger with Subscribe request. It generates the webhookurl but the Test trigger step shows below message. What does this mean? Need some help at the earliest.  The webhook url gets generated in the 3rd step as belowIn the  monitoring window, I do not see the call for the subscribe API though Here is my Trigger configuration for Subscribe. Please help how to proceed further to test the Trigger Subscribe api so I can then proceed with the Unbsrcibe API. Thanks,Krupa

Couldn't find a client message while testing the trigger

I have created a Test Zap Integration using the Zapier Platform UI. Setting Up Authentication for Help Scout's Mailbox API 2.0

Hey, there! I am new to Zapier’s Developer platform and I’m not a developer myself. How to handle many new items between 2 Zaper requests

Hi everyone.Developing a zapier integraiton that consumes an GraphQl API, using cursor based pagination. I have a hard time wrapping my head around the following scenario, and I hope you can help clarify.Let’s say that the Zapier API sends a request every 15 minutes, and asks for a list of actions. The API responds with the latest 20 actions (i.e. page-size=20).Simple scenario - one new actionIn between 2 requests, a new action was returned by the API. Zapier correctly identifies this a new action, and the trigger fires away.Advanced scenario - 25 new actionsIn between 2 requests, 25 new actions are created. I somehow need to tell Zapier that we need to make another request. When I get the new response, I must inform Zapier that here we recognize an Id already processed. How is the above accomplished in Zapier?

When I connect a new account, it's already logged in

Hi Zapier. I’m in the process of developing a Zapier integration, and have a small issue. Everytime I try to connect a new account (when building a test-zap) - I use this button “Connect a new account”: Then for a short period of time, this window appears: And if I’m already logged in, the window closes again!To fix this, I can create new accounts in Incognito window - but is it possilbe to set-up the oAuth flow so that it does auto-log in to the already connected account (so the button can work as intended)?

REST Hook not performing action and apparently doesn't accept the data pushed to hookUrl? But no error message.

Some background: I have got everything set up to use REST Hooks except the last part.I have the subscription and delete subscription API endpoints set up and working.I receive the hookUrl parameter upon subscription.If I post to hookUrl without any data I get an action triggered (though with blank data, so no use there).The problem:If I post to hookUrl with data in the body of the request, the response still says OK but no action is triggered.  There must some error going on but I’m not being told about it. Can someone give me insight into exactly what my POST data should look like?  The documentation doesn’t quite say it.  It says an array, but I am providing an array in “body”, just like the array I was using previously for “polling” mode but still getting this silent error.

More than one level of nested data, is it possible?

I’m trying to configure my Zapier app to support sending a payload such as:{ "data": { "obj_id": { "text": "Foobar" } }}Looking at https://zapier.github.io/zapier-platform-schema/build/schema.html#fieldschema I figured the above would be possible by defining the following schema:{ "children": [ { "children": [ { "key": "text", "label": "Text", "type": "string" } ], "key": "obj_id", "label": "Object Title" } ], "key": "data", "label": "Data"}However, this doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas on whether what I’m trying to accomplish is possible?
