Error when adding new app: We hit an error adding your new account

Hello,

I am trying to connect an app to Zapier and I am having a problem when I am trying to add my account. It keeps saying. “We hit an error adding your new account”. I tried to change the API endpoint URL multiple times. Is there any other way to do it?

Can you provide some more detail to help the community provide insight into the problem you’re running into? Code snippets from your authentication configuration, logs from the connect attempt, etc, would be useful.
